白立新(1977.09 - ),男,满族,辽宁抚顺人,九三学社,四川大学博士,研究员,博士生导师。

长期从事空化基础理论及其工业应用等相关研究。作为负责人承担国家自然科学基金面上项目3项,中国科学院王宽诚教育基金项目1项,高校或企业合作项目5项;参与国家科技重大专项、国家自然科学基金重点项目、中科院声学所所长择优基金、知识创新工程前沿项目等多项。在《Advanced Materials》、《Ultrasonics Sonochemistry》、《Colloids and Surfaces A》等权威期刊发表论文60余篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者发表中科院1区Top论文(影响因子: 8.4~32.1)15篇。获得授权发明专利20多项(第一发明人),美国专利1项(第一发明人)。为《Ultrasonics Sonochemistry》, 《Physics of Fluids》, 《Journal of Cleaner Production》,《Ultrasonics》,《Current Applied Physics》,《Ocean Engineering》,《Materials Research》,《Journal of Environmental Sciences》, 《Scientific Reports》,《 Journal of Hydrodynamics》,《Journal of Materials Processing Technology》,《Medical Physics》,《Arabian Journal of Chemistry》,《Process Biochemistry》,《SN Applied Sciences》,《Tribology in Industry》,《Separation Science and Technology》,《Chinese Physics B》,《Composites Part B》,《Korean Journal of Chemical Engineering》,《Heliyon》,《Applied Sciences》,《Water》,《Colloids and Surfaces A》,《Sensors》,《物理学报》,《中国物理B》,《声学学报》,《应用声学》,《核科学与工程》,《华中科技大学学报》,《上海海事大学学报》等30多个学术期刊审稿,并获得2016年Elsevier - Ultrasonics Sonochemistry杰出审稿人奖,2024-2025年Ultrasonics Sonochemistry客座编辑。
