高吉惠,男,地理学博士,四川大学水利水电学院水文系副研究员,博士生导师,四川省海外高层次留学人才。博士毕业于英国利兹大学(University of Leeds)地理学院(国家留学基金委公派),博士导师Prof. Mike KirkbyProf. Joseph Holden。长期从事山地和丘陵地区流域水文过程机理与模拟方向的科学研究工作。

 

近年主要研究领域:

山区流域水文模拟;坡面及小流域产汇流机理;流域水沙过程对人类活动的响应;大尺度流域未来水资源情势演变预测等。

1. 国家自然科学基金面上项目《黄土高原小流域植被修复的产汇流影响敏感区域与空间优化配置研究》,2023-2026,主持

2. 国家重点研发计划项目专题《长江流域未来百年径流变化预估》,2023-2027,主持

3. 国家重点研发计划项目专题《多尺度流域产汇流参数快速率定优化与精度评价》,2020-2022,主持

4. 四川大学引进人才科研资助项目《山区小流域植被变化对流域洪水过程影响的研究》,2019-2021,主持
