敖天其,男,汉族,籍贯重庆;日本工学博士、日本土木研究所学术振兴会博士后;教授/博导;四川省学术和技术带头人。主要研究领域为分布式水文物理模型、水文气象模型、流域水文预报、缺资料地区水文水资源水环境与生态保护、数字流域、流域尺度面源污染防治等。先后主持和参加国家科技部及四川省科技厅国际合作、国家自然科学基金面上与重点项目、教育部留学回国人员科研基金、教育部博士点基金等科研项目30余项;在国内外学术期刊及国际学术会议上发表学术论文60 余篇(Journal of HydrologyHydrological Sciences Journal);先后到巴西、澳大利亚、日本、泰国、老挝等国家参加国际学术会议。现任国际水文学会(IAHS)会员、中国自然资源学会水资源专业委员会委员、教育部学位论文评审专家、自然基金网评专家、四川省气象学会会员、四川省生态环保厅专家。
